This is an extract from 2 free webinars of
Mrs. Stankevich on hair loss and my contemplation on the on it and my own life experience.
There are
basically 2 main reason to lose hair.
1.
The information overwhelming
We live in
an era of free information exchange and
accessibility. Almost everything you need can be found by searching on Google.
Or so we think. When you start searching
on hair loss you immediately realize there is little of value out there.99% of
the information is either misleading an not true or is simply dangerous for your
hair and health.
The information most hidden form the public is
the most important one- the main functional purpose of the hair.
We are led
to believe the hair is a dead organ with the main purpose to heat our scull and
make us look pretty. While keeping our head warm is one of the function of the
hair it is definitely not the only one a not the main one. The Nature does not
work in this way. Our hands are made not only to touch and keep thigs but also to heal- hence the “healing
touch”-, our feet not only to balance us but to keep us grounded and connected
with Mother Earth- the spring of life acupuncture pint is in the middle of the
feet-, our internal organs are not only biochemical centrals but also a
processors of our emotions- you get the idea. Multitasking at its bestJ
So what
about the hair? What is it main functional purpose and role in our life? Our
hair I directly connected to our brain- it’s located closest to it for purpose. Our hair is playing a vital role
in the functioning of our brain and central nervous system.
It’s main
functional role is to be an information channel for the brain.
Not understanding
and underestimating this fact leads to a primitive way of looking and treating
your hair.
“I am
looking for a good conditioner for a cheap price”- this type of thinking is the most
common one. Everyone is on a look for cheap and good staff for one of the most important
organ in our body. Would you apply this thinking for your kid? Or for your skin? Or for your ….?
If you are
aware about the role your hair plays in your life you would think twice as how to treat it. Treat it with respect and love and you will reap the benefits for life.
2.
Your mental and emotional state of
being
As Mrs. Stankevich bluntly stated it- on an
apathetic ground nothing grows.
If you lack
passion and interest in your life – how can you expect your hair will grow and
be healthy and beautiful? Your hair is in direct connection to your brain – and here is where the main problem ( and solution)
is.
In his book
The 5 pillars of Life dr. Simeon Rodgers stated directly that the Western society
is a neurotic one. The main reason for
this is the overuse of the left brain hemisphere – the logical one, and
under use of the right brain hemisphere- the one where passion , intuition and
extraordinary capacities are to be found. Paradoxically one of the greatest achievements of the Reformation is its greatest curse- we falsely believe life can be managed by logical reasoning
only. The fact that every 4th citizen in The Netherlands is on antidepressants (and this is not different in the other developed countries) says enough.
We live in a world of rapid changes- technology, way of leaving , what we do for work etc. Logical brain hemisphere is not designed to deal with that
amount of change. The only way to survive it is to use the right hemisphere and
set our intuition to work to help us process
the information and lead us to the right decisions. As banal as it
sounds- the cut body-mind connection is
the biggest reason for our neurotic state resulting in health problems and hair loss.
In a brain starved from joy, passion and creation nothing can grow.
It is no
surprise that the first theoretical lesson from the advanced course on
Structuring your hair is all about the right life style that promotes hair growth. No shampoo, masker,
vitamins or medicines will substitute for this.
During my
extensive training for a Zhi Neng Qi Gong instructor I attended lots of
workshops with Chinese teachers. They were all different but they consistently
taught us the same – the best Qi Gong is laughing. We even danced half of a workshop
as this is the shortest cut to your reals
self, free of programming and rules that dominate your life.
When I was on lose weight experience last year I was guided by another remarkable woman –
Galina Nikolaevna Grossmann. A professor in biology and a natural healer she
started her course with the setting the mind set " be happy for the possibility to lose weight in this
healthy way". Her course includes not only eating in a special way, but also dancing, listening to
music and many energetic sessions designed to program your brain for losing weight and keeping it. All this with a positive undertone and emphases on happiness .
And it worked.!
And it worked.!
(Needless to say Mrs. Grossmaan has one of the most beautiful black hair you can see- and she is beyond her 70ies )
Being happy, having creative activities and be
passionate about what you like will do to your hair more than anything else. And it will improve your
health and help you deal with the rapidly changing world we live in!
Happy
dancing with life!
